Q3: How can I deploy my web site?
You can always publish web site from Visual Studio, FTP or Github. With Github deploy, we can build and deploy your site automatically, including Node.js and .Net App.
Q4: What are the nameservers for HostBuddy?
To point your domain to our servers, we recommend using our official nameservers: NS1.SITE4NOW.NET, NS2.SITE4NOW.NET, and NS3.SITE4NOW.NET.
Q5: How can I test my site?
We assign every site a test URL so you can upload your files and check your site before your domain is pointed to our servers.
Q6: Which programming languages and frameworks are supported?
HostBuddy supports a wide range of technologies including Classic ASP, PHP 5.x through 8.x, ASP.NET 2.0/3.5/4.x, and ASP.NET Core, Node.js and Python hosting are also available on specific plans.
Q7: Can I pay my hosting fee monthly?
We only accept quarterly or annually payments for our shared hosting plans. For our semi-dedi plans and VPS plans, you can pay monthly, quarterly, semi annually and annually.
Q8: Do you support SSRS (SQL server reporting service)?
Yes, you can purchase it from our add-on product.
Q9: Do you support Credit card payment directly?
We accept credit card payments. You have an option of choose the credit card to be processed by Paypal or Regular Payment Gateways.
Q10: Does HostBuddy support Bank Transfers, Bitcoin and USDT?
We do accept Bank Transfers, Bitcoin and USDT. Please contact our helpdesk for payment instructions.
Q11: How does the HostBuddy 60-day free trial work?

Q12: Can I send emails from my hosting account scripts?
While the 60-day trial accounts do not include SMTP services, all paid hosting accounts fully support sending emails via scripts using ASP.NET, PHP, or Classic ASP.
Q13: Does your hosting account include domain service?
Hosting account fee does not include a free domain name. We do provide a temporary domain name for you to test your website. However, if you wish to have your own domain, you can register it from us. Our domain registration starts at $10/yr.
Q14: Where can I find my MYSQL/MSSQL database info?
You can login to your hosting control panel -> Database Manager -> MSSQL manager/MYSQL manager to create a database, then click 'Manager' icon beside it to check the database details.
Q15: Can I transfer my current domain to you? Is there any fee?
Yes, you can transfer your current domain to us, Please click here for the transfer process. There is no fee to transfer domain. But you will need to renew the domain name for one more year when you submit the transfer request according to ICANN's requirement.
Q16: Do you offer free SSL certificates?
Yes, HostBuddy supports Let's Encrypt for free SSL/TLS certificates on shared hosting plans, providing secure HTTPS connections for your websites.
