Please follow the steps below to set up Outlook (new) to retrieve and send emails using our email service.
Step 1 - Open Outlook (new) and click the settings icon
Open Outlook (new) on your computer and click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
Step 2 - Click Add account
Under Accounts, click Add accounts to start configuration.
Step 3 - Type in your email address
Type in the email address you want to add and click Continue.
Step 4 - Enter your password and server settings
1. Type in your password; it is the password that you also use to log in to Webmail.
2. Click the Show More button.
3. Add the following IMAP setting.
(you can get the server name from your Control Panel > Emails >Manage Users & Quotas >Secure SMTP/PO/IMAP, for example, mail5015.site4now.net. Different domains may have different email server names, you must enter the correct one that getting from your Control Panel. If the given server name does not work with SSL, please change it to the alternative server name - "replace 'site4now.net' with 'HostBuddy.com'".)
(If you still get Internet Security Warning when using mail50xx.site4now.net, please change it to the alternative server name mail50xx.HostBuddy.com)
4. Click continue.
