How can I back up my emails?
Email > Webmail/SmarterMail
1. Download the
Thunderbird
client software and install it on your device if you don't already have it.
2. Set up your email account in Thunderbird.

3. Create a new
local folder
with your email address (e.g.,
[email protected]
) for the email account you intend to back up by right-clicking "
Local Folders
" and then selecting "
New Folder...
"
4. Drag the folder, such as "Inbox," from the online folders to the newly created local email user folder. This action will move all emails to the local folder named
[email protected]
/Inbox. Additionally, you can Move or Copy single or multiple emails by selecting them, right-clicking, and choosing either "
Copy to
" or "
Move to
" > Local Folders >
[email protected]
> Inbox.
