This article will guide you to check message traffic for your email users from Smartermail 16.x and later version. For Smartermail 15.x and previous version, please refer to Here.
1. Login to Smartermail web interface with your postmaster email account. Go to the top menu ---> Domain Reports.
2. Navigate to Outbound Messages option. On this page, you can choose specific time period to check message traffic.
3. You can see all users traffic or select a specific email user to check its traffic.
4. Click on a specific user, then you can choose to check its traffic based on hourly, daily, monthly or quarterly.
