To use Entity Framework 6 with MySql, please make sure these steps:
1. Add the references for MySql.Data.Entity.EF6 assembly and MySql.Data into the project
2. Set connection string, the MySQL Connector/Net provider, DbProviderFactories for EF 6, or you might get error something like 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object'
